Stone fell out of the ring after 3 weeks. Demanded it was sent back rather refunding me . Will not use again!

I received the beautiful timeless bangle quickly, I then posted it to Montreal, the birthday girl has not had the pleasure of her parcel yet but sure she will be thrilled when she does.

Bracelet broke after the first time of wearing for a little over an hour. Contacted them and told to send it back so that they could check it….. basically, they didn’t believe me so going to have to find time to package up and return my gift from my mum. Told to send a picture of my return label and they may consider doing a refund when they know it’s on the way….. ??? I didn’t bother contacting them about the two chains with pendants that broke as I was able to replace the chains but as this was a bracelet snapping in half AND the third item broken I did…… watch this space as to what happens. Will never ever use them again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else’s did unless you are ready to be accused of lying, have time to send gifts back or want cheap nasty goods which are not cheap to purchase….
