Then got email "We have received a price increase for the below line from our supplier : CU Medical Systems iPAD SP1 – 63480b . New selling price: £1195.99 + vat . ETA : 5-7 working days Unfortunately, we have been unable to absorb the full value of the increase. To proceed with the order, kindly confirm with the new price." This was £331 more than listed! sharp practice I think. ORDER CANCELLED, but card still up to limit with reserved transaction so I can't use it to order another from a more trustworthy supplier.

Email was sent but no response 2 days later. Disappointing as the orders are in excess of $70,000 and we had to find alternative supplier. UPDATE - complaint sent this morning and response received within 2 hours. Hopefully we can get things back on track.

YES, GP Supplies did indeed contact me to advise me that there would be a delay in procuring the dressings SINCEREST APOLOGIES!! Communication was good from GP Supplies!! Despite having only been given a new repeat prescription in early December, neither the surgery nor the pharmacy advised me that next time (i.e. January), I would need to follow a different procedure. It meant 3 trips into town to get my medicines. I don't use the GP service very often (this was 1st time in almost 20 years!) so I was not familiar with processes nor kept informed. I felt communication was very poor
