Worst experience on line shopping for a long time: Placed order 9th Feb immediate response to say order received 11th Feb, email from them to "confirm order; to avoid ambiguity and it would be shipped between 5-7 working days 14th Feb email from them to say one of their suppliers had discontinued the product and thus it was deleted from order 14th Feb two further emails saying that when the shipment is in their warehouse they would ship, 5-7 days from today 15th Feb i sent email saying that i was about to go traveling so could the order please have the delivery address changed 21st email from them saying their suplier had changed the cost to them for some of the order and now i would have to pay the difference and order would be shipped within the 5-7 days. 21st I questioned the real delivery day as i was only at the new address i was at for one day on 28th.. 21st Email from the managing director to his sales team with me in cc "cancel this order. Kamal Shah Managing Director" Later on 21st email from sales team... Order cancelled at no time any sorry, can we change any product, or an customer service attempt at all.. Stay away from this two cent operation

Very good prices and quick delivery

Files were delayed so received late delivery and so far at least 1 in every box is quite badly damaged. These were ordered for customers, so cant exactly present a customer with it

I ordered and paid for a product, received a confirmation email and details of when the product would be despatched. A week later I received an email telling me the price of the product had gone up, asking me if I was happy to pay more. The amount requested was the same as I had already paid. When I pointed this out I was then asked to pay more. I declined and my order was cancelled - almost two weeks after the order was placed. Staff not very helpful.
