The service provided by this company is awful. They often don't fill out the full order but take the payment in full beforehand. The invoices are difficult to tally up as multiple invoices are sent. The quality of the goods send is variable

Thanks for sending part of the order which you had in stock prior to sending the remainder of the order later. That enabled us to make a start on using it.

Good products some of which hard to source elsewhere. Usually good service but this last order, not all items were in stock so a small order arrived in 4 batches. Other items were only available in multiples although it appeared from the website that they were available in singles so that part of the order was cancelled.

Sometimes I find orders seem to take along time coming on a more positive note they usually have most items in stock.

I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive. When the cost of P+P is £6.50 I would expect a quicker service. I emailed a week ago to ask for an update and didn't even receive an apology for the lateness, I was just advised that it was due in from the supplier that day and would be with me soon - still not here.

Placed an order on 30/9/19 - email confirmation stated order would be despatched within 3-5 days if not earlier. Telephoned on 10/10/19 for an update as to why order had not been received. Was advised my item was out of stock and they had no estimate of when it would be available. Was then advised to give it to the end of next week or beginning of the following week to check again !! Really disappointed with the level of service I have received from this organisation.

I ordered one small box Mepilex Border plasters. Instead of putting in an envelope and posting Royal Mail it came on special DHL delivery( absolutely no problem with them by the way) encased in bubble wrap and a gigantic cardboard box. Ridiculous waste of postage.

GPSupplies have always been helpful & attentive & uncomplicated level of understanding when needed. Whether it’s just a small order or a larger one, they provide a great service!

Order placed on 2nd of April. Today is the 23rd, no notifications, no emails to say order delayed, have called twice. First , the computer systems were really slow and second time, “sorry but for some reason it’s showing everything you ordered as out of stock! I’ll email and let you know what’s going on”. Did I receive any emails, no!

There seems to be always a delay on this product when I order it. I can never tell when I will receive it. In fairness they do keep emailing to say that it is on back order and will be in stock soon
