This company does not exist! It is a fraudulent and scamming website. We placed an order, in good faith, to purchase a gift for our grandson but no communication was returned except a boiler plate message that gave no information. The company has no phone number, no postal mailing address and no way of communicating except to their auto answer email. Avoid JacketsJunction.com it is a total fraud and scam. Addendum: we contacted our bank, had to cancel the card used and get a new one ordered. The bank reported it as fraudulent and we will get a refund, but the scammers got our $100 plus.

SCAM! AVOID! Complete scam, AI generated 5 star reviews. Its just a small crew working somewhere overseas, taking peoples money and time. They can't provide proof of purchase. Will just tell you over and over again that its on the way. DO NOT TRUST. Their address is a random house in the suburbs in USA. Go on google maps...its just a random house.

This is a scam website. I put an order in for a pre-made hoodie in September. I started getting computer generated emails every week or two about the different "processes" it was going through (Design, manufacturing, quality check, etc), which made me suspicious (hoodies do not get individually made for orders!). The last one assured me that after it went through a quality check it would be sent off - that was over a month ago. When I demanded a refund, they ignored me. I Have written off my $100 and don't expect to see a thing or hear from them again. Maybe they'll surprise me - but I doubt it!

I promise do not order from these people. This site is a scam, i ordered a jacket back in Aug I’m still going back and forth with them about when it’s arriving and every week they tell me next week it’s now the middle of Oct I’m asking for a refund and they have disappeared.
