I ordered a vest from this company. Actually, the term company does not do these folks proper justice. This is a guild of artisans. Before I even received the vest, yet. All I know about it is the 20 second custom video that the owner cut together to show me what they had done with my design. It’s set to music like a commercial... And it completely blew me away, far exceeding my imagination. I have always wanted to have a nice garment custom ordered, but felt a little guilty about spending money myself. Well after 4 looooong years of remodeling a home I have yet to move into, I decided I was worth treating myself. I was prepared to receive some run of the mill design that had enough pockets to be useful, and enough style to look classic. These guys wanted to take it to the limit. Even after all my added alterations and our back and forths about how it should all lay out; the team were eager to please every step of the way.   I can, without a doubt, state that this was THE most thoughtful and considerate service minded group I have ever encountered. I even told the owner; I wished the rest of the world carried themselves with such kindness and dignity. It was so refreshing. After several rejections from other companies on Etsy to customize a vest, Talal Creations did not balk. They were NOT just hungry for a sale, they were eager to take on the challenge. The production lead kept in constant contact to be thorough, making sure images and measurements were precise. They so wanted to make sure I was happy. Even when the owner fell sick, and went off the radar for a few days, he apologized for not being prompt in his reply. They treated me like royalty. And from what I have seen in the video, (which he promised and delivered), he has got me itching to lay my hands on the vest. The stitching, piping, pocket layout, the color and distressing in the brown leather. It is all simply gorgeous. I am literally going to have to up my game to live up to the power this garment emanates. It may be more than what I asked for; it so outclasses me. I am so stoked. And the price was so reasonable, even when I asked him to fuse features from two of his existing products. The owner assured me the piece would arrive safely and he was correct. He must have overnighted it because, literally in a day or two it was here. Having only the measurements I took; the fit and feel is perfect. The only problem I encountered was in my design idea, I opted for the magnetic enclosures on front zipper flap not thinking how they might slide past one another. That would be a note for others interested in this option, but it is nothing I can’t live with. I doubt I will be wearing it zipped up too often any ways. The leather is not too hard or soft, and it’s not as heavy as I thought it would be, drapes nicely on the shoulders. I have to say it simply rocks! And so does the team at Talal Creations. To you master guildsmen, you set a new standard for me on so many levels. I typically never write reviews for things but I was very appreciative of this company's service- they kept me updated, the quality of the jacket was amazing and you can tell they care about the design, and it was amazing quality. If you're not sure I'd give them a chance, just order it a little bit beforehand (but they do make you aware of this so it wasn't a problem).

Gotta say, the leather you guys use is perfect in quality and good enough to be durable for long. Cheers to you!

A completely scam, dishonest store. I ordered a jacket for my doughter, as a Christmas gift, by november 22 and paid it. By february 23, I asked a full refund, and they answered me asking more time to ship after lots of emails with stupid excuses. Stay away from jacket junction

Size chart total misleading size S and L for women no different first jacket arrive after one month. Second another month. I’m not happy with experience no more shopping there. Anyone who shopping there when you think your size its S order XL .

At 1st I was worried about receiving my product because I did not understand the process in which JacketJunction went through but upon receiving my product and seeing the VERY FINE WORK AND DETAIL they done I was MORE than satisfied and I would recommend this company to ANYONE. Scam website. Still waiting for our jackets and a refund. Paid for express shipping (4-5days) and still waiting for our jackets a month and half later. Stalling tactics such as jackets under construction, fabric running out due to popularity and promises of refunds. Avoid like the plague! Initiating a credit card fraud case hoping for a refund.

This is perfection! I bought it for my wife's cosplay but I steal it for my own Caitlyn cosplay. Aside from that, I wear it as a normal jacket all the time and always get a compliment when I wear it. Highly recommend for such impeccable quality!

I ordered a coat despite negative online reviews. There was a delay and now more recently a cancellation. My refund may take up to 8 days when really it should be immediate. Basically I have given an interest free loan to them. Not impressed at all and hoping I get my money back. NB a refund was eventually received and just that. No explanation or apology or effort to reorder when stock was replenished.

Buyer be were Jacket Junction got me for 204.59. Order a jacket it took 2 months to receive, it never came close to fitting! Sent it back, like they instructed me to never received a replacement jacket or my money!

This was the only place where I could find the Ted Lasso AFC Richmond track jacket that I wanted. It looked exactly like I expected, fit as expected, and arrived in the time that I expected. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase and this company.

I wasn't sure what to expect quality wise buying a jacket sight-unseen, but am very pleased with my purchase. The workmanship is really great, and the jacket looks exactly like the photo. The stitching is nice, the fit is nice. There were some communication issues (never received any automated updates after ordering and the website's "order tracker" page was broken) but reaching out to a person via customer service email got a reply in a timely manner. I'm planning to order additional jackets in the future, and am very pleased with my purchase.
