I placed an order in September 2023 I have waited for four months for an item. I reached out repeatedly and got no response when I did get responses they were vague and promised my jacket would be shipped out the next week. It never happened I got a refund today because they didn't want to manufacture the item that they are distributing or showing on their website. I appreciate the response that I received after posting my review, however, I never received that timely of an interaction after placing my order. I am grateful I got my funds back.

Never received my order which was placed December 6, 2023. No answer on the customer service line, just voice mail. Got a couple of texts but no delivery. I'm charging the order back.

I was a new customer to Jackets Junction and wasn’t sure what to expect. They had the exact item that I wanted and the price was low so I figured it was low risk. They communicated with me immediately about my order providing updates and assurances that it would be of high quality. When I received it, it was exactly as described and completely met my expectations. Their customer service exceeded expectations!

Ordered my jacket December 4th for my boyfriend for Christmas, said it would take 20-25 days still haven’t gotten my jacket and every email is the same saying they are preparing to ship it next week. Each week still isn’t here. Asked for a refund because they asked me if I wanted one every time I emailed. Like why can’t you just send the jacket. Whatever. So now I asked for a refund and it’s been a week. No refund. Nice. Don’t trust this site. It’s a scam

Good product always in time delivery

Ordered a hoodie on 11-13-23. I ordered from a web site that said the company was in Des Plaines, IL. They are actually in Pakistan. After many flimsy excuses and promises of delivery I finally convinced them to give me a refund on 12-26-23. Horrible to work with. Stay far away!

I placed my order for what appeared to be legitimate NFL salute to service sweatshirts on Nov. 14th. They finally arrived a couple of days before Christmas from India (Jacket Junction claims they are in Illinois). The quality is absolutely horrible, they are FAKE, and they used the NFL and Nike logos on the sweatshirts. Everything was ironed on and some of it was supposed to be embroidered, and they aren't the correct color. I paid as much as Nike was selling them for and I am very disappointed.

Ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present before Thanksgiving. Still have not received it. It's 2 days before Christmas. Tried calling the number voice mail is full. Emailed snd did get a response that said they received my order and it's processed however will not respond to when it's being shipped or a tracking number. No idea how this company has the rating it does but will never order again. Just hoping I didn't just waste $120

It looks amazing and is very comfortable to wear.BUT THE SIZE IS SMALLER THAN EUROPEAN. I usually wear M size,but L fits me perfectly,I think M would be smaller.Seems like it keeps you warm.

My jacket showed up as scheduled, but the decal was not fully attached. They took it back and made a repair and returned it to me quickly. Nice repair. Nice recovery. Good customer service.

The product arrived a little later than expected but when it finally came the quality great. I have piled customer service with questions and always received a response within the next hour or two. Will definitely be shopping there again.

I bought a Ken jacket from the Barbie movie. I met someone at a convention who purchased the jacket and it looked and fit perfectly. I ordered the same size and item he got and was a little disappointed with my jacket. It still looks good after being steamed, but they used a different fur and it was a lot bigger on me, but still sorta movie accurate. I'm still mostly happy with it, just wish it was more like the other one I saw. Throughout this time, customer service has been very reliable and fast to respond, and even got me a discount because the discount code wasn't working.

This coat has a great look and a comfortable fit. While it could be warmer in windy conditions, it still performs well. Occasionally, the zipper can be a bit stubborn, but overall, it's easy to use. The fabric, while prone to pilling, is easily manageable. At $150, it's on the pricier side, but considering its style and fit, it's a good choice. It's a stylish and well-fitting coat, and while it has some minor issues, it offers good value for the price. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with the company.

The jacket took some time, because they wanted to make sure quality was of a high standard. I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to say, I am impressed. Well done guys, keep up the good work and the high standards. Much appreciated for the constant commitment and communication that we had on WhatsApp.

Overall, this is a good jacket. Once I had tried it on realized it really isn’t my style. Jacket is a little bulky and noisy with the shell material but warm and great for blocking wind and keeping you insulated. Also a lot of pockets which is nice.
