This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. It’s my first and LAST time. You have until June 5, 2024 to get back to me concerning this order. At that time I will begin the process of getting my money ($205.07) refunded. You have had my money since April 10, 2024. I want either the product or the money refunded.

Takes a while for the order to ship. Been continuously getting delays but today I finally received my jacket after waiting a total of 2 months. Jacket looks good, fits, quality is great, and it feels pretty comfy. Jacket appearance though is not 100% accurate to the pictures which I do understand but other than that, decent piece of clothing. 👌

Jackets Junction is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with-ever! I placed an order for a hoodie on Dec 27, 2023. Fully expected to receive it while the weather was still cold. Not only did this not happen, but it is April 20th, 2024, and I still HAVE NOT received it! Almost 4 months, and 6 excuses and apologies for delays on their end (although they only gave a reason for the first delay). I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but to no surprise, they are not accredited. Friends, I would highly recommend you not purchase anything from this company-you will avoid major frustration!

Quality sucks promised me a refund April 11, still have not received it. Best came 2 sizes to small. Have over 40 emails and now they are ignoring me. Stay away people.

Ich habe jetzt 8 Monate lang versucht, eine Jacke von dieser Firma zu bekommen. Ich habe unzählige e-Mails geschrieben und wurde ca. 30 mal vertröstet mit irgendwelchen Fantasieterminen. Die bestellte Jacke kommt einfach nicht. Man wird immer nur mit neuen Terminen vertröstet. Ich bin stinksauer. Vor allem, weil man unzählige Mails hin und her geschrieben hat, aber nichts, absolut NICHTS passiert. Diese Firma ist nicht seriös, ich bestelle hier nie wieder, und ich rate jedem nur ab hier zu bestellen.

I ordered a jacket from them in December and still have not received my jacket. They keep telling me dates and have not been shipped yet. I being to think this is a scam. I have emailed and got several responses but no jacket. I will never order again. It's March 8th and no jacket. Do not order from this company unless you don't have but time to wait. I guess I will have to wait for the winter to return for2024 to receive my jacket.

I live in Israel and for some reason this company boycotts Israel. I found shipments all over the world except Israel .. there are to Iraq to Iran and even to the Palestinian Authority. is it on purpose ? There are deliveries to all countries in the world except Israel.. All attempts to check why, were answered in the negative.

My husband and I Loved the quality of the letterman jacket! Costumer service was fast and friendly with any questions I had about my order. I was scared this website was a scam but it is not! :)

I ordered 2 hoodies Feb 1 2024 for my trip on the Feb 17th. its Feb 22 and I have still to receive my order. I got an email stating I will receive my order between March 1 - 5 now this doesnt work for me anymore. I have written back various times telling them to just cancel my order. Now I havent heard back. Unfortunately I paid using AFFIRM and they received full payment. After talking to a friend who also ordered from Jacket Junction he mentioned their hoodies from HUMBLE HOODIES ARE NOT real but fake. I paid $164.74 for 2 fake hoodies I have yet to receive and now do not want. Would appreciate a REFUND and a responds. TBC!!!

After waiting a bit for my jacket, I received it, and I was so happy and thrilled with the finished product. These people were exceptional, they went above and beyond in order to give me exactly what I wanted. If you order a jacket, and it takes a little while. Please don’t get frustrated and don’t give up. Jackets junction will give you exactly what you want!!!!!

Delay after delay and repeated promised delivery dates not met. I would not recommend buying from them. Their emails are long and wordy and aren’t honest about what the delay is.
