Found this hand cream while visiting UK had to have some more and got it shipped to me! Pricey shipping but fast and easy. So glad to have found it!

Edited one month after placing the order. This is a second update to my previous review as the situation is still ongoing! I saw the mostly positive reviews on this company and thought it was safe to place a trial order. After two weeks they hadn't shipped anything and were answering my emails with platitudes. They eventually sent the order 12 working days after I placed it and in six separate deliveries. Five of the six parcels arrived reasonably promptly. But the sixth was delayed in customs. After paying additional customs charges to receive the parcel a week after the others, I discovered that it did not contain the items listed on the despatch notification and invoice - hence the customs delay. The contents were a duplicate of another box in the shipment, and at the time of writing - now one month after placing the order - I am missing over 86 Euros worth of goods, which should have been in the sixth box! The whole process of dealing with this company is stressful and confusing, but contrary to my previous review text, they have actually delivered part of my order

I was thrilled to find this site. I used Panadol while in England, it is a wonder otc pain reliever I love having access to items that I found in England on my recent trip. Love, love this site.

I always order through British essentials , very efficient and reliable, and easy to contact.

Don't shop here. The website states they ship taxes and duties paid. This is not the case. Customer support took 2 weeks to reply to my emails and told me it was my responsibility to pay taxes and import duties, extra €40 ontop of my order. Hands down worst customer service ever. Use any other website to buy your British products.

I placed an order and heard nothing, received nothing. I emailed to query and received a prompt reply to say they had sent me an email but I had not responded. This email was never received. They then sent me a choice to cancel or receive a replacement. I chose to cancel but have not received any refund and cannot get any reply to any e mail.

False advertising. I tried to by some snacks that my son fell in love with when we took a trip to England and the product description made it seem as though this company sells the snack in large bags, as in the grocery store. But I paid $20USD for five little individual bags. Complete rip off!

Well, it does take some time for my package to arrive, but I guess that's just the way it is, the mail can't do it any faster. Delicious chocolates arrived from Great Britain and it's great to try something new once in a while. I am very happy with it.
