Received an email to inform me they had cancelled my order 3 weeks after placing it and chasing it weekly being told it would arrive. When asking the reason why as the products are still available on their website, they do not explain and just say we've issued a refund.

Shipping to the US was expensive, but it was fast!

I'm sure the majority of orders from this company are delivered without problems, but when there are problems it can be difficult to get them resolved. I placed an order on 28/12/23 for just under 15kgs for delivery to Greece. The confirmation said this would be delivered by DHL. On 5/1/24 I got messages saying the order had been dispatched as 9 separate Royal Mail packages. These were then marked as delivered on 10/1/24, although there was nothing in the tracking info to show that they had ever entered Greece. Customer service just constantly say that they've been delivered, although they quite clearly haven't been. Update 12/2/24. Their customer service are now totally ignoring my emails.

Delicious stuff perfect for a vegetarian like me. Unfortunately my last order got scrambled and instead of raw chocolate bars I was sent Texas BBQ Seasonings. I've tried emailing (3 days now with no response) HELP!

I'll record this with the caveat that items I could buy in Boots for very little when I'm in England cost a great deal to be shipped to the US. However, this was the only reliable online source. The price, with the shipping, was very high. The order was processed quickly, and communication was excellent.

I switched from another provider to British Essentials because they claimed that they arranged the import duties, but my Christmas package was held in customs over both Christmas and New Year and I received a demand to pay an additional 56€ in order to receive my parcel. Never again.

I made an order before Christmas on 17 December and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed them three times. I received a reply about a change of address the first time But I haven’t received any further information about where my order is. At present this company appears to be a scam as there is no indication my order will ever be delivered
