Loved having all of our favorite British snacks again!

I just love getting a box that brings back so many memories. The contents are packed well and everything arrived safely. They arrived in a good time period.

I couldn’t be happier with my delivery from British Essentials. My order arrived sooner than expected. Upon opening I realized quickly that some of the contents were opened in transit which was disappointing. However when I reached out to customer service I not only received an immediate reply, but also a refund on the damaged items. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Ok I might sound crazy but I cannot find 'Newmans own ranch dressing' which I must have so I ordered it from British Essentials. Ordered them and arrived a week later. I'm happy now 😁

These guys were able to change my shipping address after my order was made with ease. Everything was in my box and I got it earlier than expected!

I ordered 3 Mr. Kiplings Jam Tarts but only received 1, British Essentials was quick in issuing a refund for the missing items.

Great products and nicely packed as always but delivery was not moving at some point. Finally arrived but it took a lot longer than the estimated delivery time.

I received a prompt reimbursement for an item that wasn't available. The shipment was quick even if the destination was Italy. The box was arranged with care so the content was in perfect condition. Totally satisfied!

Shipping took almost a month. But this is the only place I can't get vegan instant lattes so I guess I am stuck with it.

UPDATE! The company reached out and sent a new order which I received today. All good!! Original post: I’m started to feel as though I’ve been scammed. I received email notification that my order was shipped on February 13th. The tracking link used to show en route with no other progress. I’ve written now at least 3 times with no response. Now the tracking link (dhl) shows it doesn’t exist. It’s been 23 days since “shipping” .. and zero response. I would be understanding of delays if there was just some communication!
