The product is one of our favourites - focaccia croutons; they arrived in perfect condition and in good time.

Unfortunately only half of my order was shipped. Many contact with their service no result.

Everything arrived in time for Easter. All items were tasty but one item received only 2 days before best by use date expiration date. The Item was still good and the family enjoyed.

Packing was terrible everything in a box 4 times the size and not packing so box and some goods badly damaged. No response from the company to my complaint. DO NOT USE THEM

Order and payment made 11.03.23. Only half the order finally arrived this week, in a damaged condition. Still no sign of second parcel. No response to my requests for further information from customer services at British Essentials. I do not recommend ordering from this website.

ordered on line and everything was delivered would have given 5 * but it took over 10 days for it to arrive
