Great service and delivery

Ordered som stuff and they got back to me saying that their supplier couldn't supply a particular item and asked if i wanted a substitute or a refund. I chose a substitute and a few days later got to enjoy some tasty items.

All products were delivered and in excellent condition. They were the exact products ordered, the real deal and taste delicious.

I was not sure if the order would arrive, with the brexit changes and all… it did arrive, not as fast as it it used to, but it it did: so I’m quite happy with the service. Im sad it’s all too expensive and it makes it all too hard, but at least some English products are available out of the UK: you have to be patient, that’s all. British Essentials worked perfectly well with the conditions they are in. So all my trust from Spain.

Love the marmalade. But it was delivered when we were not home on a sub-freezing day and the marmalade froze, which altered its texture.

My package was supposedly shipped on Feb. 1. Customer Service assured me after I emailed them, on two occasions, that my order was on its way. Tracking indicated an attempted delivery this morning at 6:10 am. I was home. Now I don't know what is going to happen with my package. I finally requested a refund this morning, but am not expecting much at this point.

Placed an order 7 days previously. Order still showed being processed, even though website states 2-3 days for despatch. Sent emails to cancel order as it was taking too long - to which there was no response. Phoned to cancel the order and miraculously it had been dispatched that morning and I could no longer cancel. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

the 'Well and Truly' snack products sold by British Essentials are grossly overpriced, They are asking/charging £4.15 per 100g bag when the majority of other sites are asking only £2.00 per same size bag. What a rip off...in such hard times as well. I've just purchased 5 different flavours, each in a handy 30g bag (normal size) each in a 10 pack box, so that's 50 bags for £49 from the Well & Truly web site, even they only charge £2.00 per 100g bag
