Placed an initial order and then got spammed by multiple marketing emails - which I hadn't actively signed up for - way before the goods were even despatched, nevver mind delivered. Not worth the hassle. Won't be buying from them again.

2022 Order for Christmas made & paid 29th Nov... notification that order was shipped 5th Dec...no notifications since...told twice by customer services that orders taking longer than normal. Contacted DHL...they have not received parcel...SO... British Essentials where is my parcel?? You are not replying to my phone calls or emails and you have had my money since 29th November????

Ordered some products which were meant as Christmas gifts. I ordered them 8th of December and the webpage said delivery time would be 5-7 days. I have now waited 20 days, no products, no information and no answer to my e-mails. First and last time ordering from this company.

Good range of products. Delivery time was excellent.

I ordered some goods on the 26th November. Today, the 14th December, the goods have not yet arrived. British Essentials refer me to DHL and a tracking number. i have mailed DHL twice and they write to me that they have only received an electronic message on the 30th November but no parcel from the shipper. They tell me to contact shipper or onlineshop. I don't know who the shipper is, but the onlineshop will still not help me. Use track and trace with DHL. So no help from British Essentials, no help from DHL, and NO PARCEL for me.

Delivery took a while but products arrived well packed and shipping was a good price. Will order again.

First time used . Company took the money but apparently had no stock. Would never use again as I expect an online company to check stock before taking hard earned cash. Never use again. Still trying to get a refund nobody replies absolute disgrace
