Always a crystal clear line (not always the case with VOIP providers!), very cheap and brilliant service on the two occasions I've needed help. The September outages didn't really affect us but it must have been hugely frustrating for all parties. Overall, Highly recommended (from an IT consultant)

Now almost 5 days on after reporting a DDOS they have turned all their phones off, are replying with canned emails and there is no way to get to them. My customers are livid and are going to start demanding I refund them shortly. You can call their parent company inet Telecoms though. There is absolutely no excuse for this in this day and age!

United Kingdom | 01 September 2021Viopfone are currently having an issue with their system, I think they have an attack issue, so I understand this is not of their making. However did not receive a very helpful reply to my service call today. Telling me they have no idea of how long the issue will last is not really helpful when my business relies on the internet to fubction, it was not communicated in a very concenred way. It's at these times when your service, or lack of it shine through.

She stayed online with me throughout and explained all the steps so clear for me to feel confident moving forward. She has such amazing patience and helped boost my confidence with this new system. Everyone so far at Voip have been amazing and I cant thank them enough for their constant help.

United Kingdom | 15 June 2021My wife and I have been Voipfone customers for over 8 years and their service is exceptional, and breathtakingly cheap! We have five extensions (two at home), plus the ability to receive inbound calls on our mobile, and the service costs pennies a day. Their telephone support is second to none as well. We don't have any of the bells and whistles, but the service we have received couldn't have been better. Definitely recommended.

United States | 22 January 2021As I had moved away from conventional broadband to a 4G system, I needed an alternative to the BT land line. I had heard about Voipfone and after some degree of research I chose them as my preferred solution. The service so far is exceptional and the customer service team are a pleasure to deal with. I had purchased a Cisco SP112 adapter to enable my existing phones to work and Istvan very kindly spent 10 minutes setting it up for me. I have subsequently had a call with Richard regarding a really simple point and he could not have been more helpful. If you are not sure about transferring over to VoIP I would recommend you do, and if you do Voipfone are a perfect supplier. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 17 November 2020We have used voipfone for a few years and they have always been really good for us. They are responsive and the system works really well. Home working is so easy and seamless client keep asking if we are all still in the office when the reception puts them straight through. The handsets work well and when we increased our numbers the new handsets arrived quickly. Sometimes a firm sits on its laurels when it has started out well but that does not seem to be happening here

United Kingdom | 06 May 2020I relied (and still do) on Voipfone for a couple of my businesses. The number is cheap, it is simple and easy to use, the functionality in-house is great. I completely rely on Voipfone to provide my SIP trunks (unlimited). My only criticism (minor) is it is not easily compatible with 3CX, but hey, life goes on. Calls to mobiles aren't the cheapest going (I'd like a business unlimited package) but likewise, it's not insufferable.

They certainly do save us money (a four-figure saving per year over BT), but we also get more functionality and far better service than we got from BT. I can't recommend them enough

United Kingdom | 25 June 2019After doing a lot of research, I decided to cut the cord on my landline and port my number over to Voipfone. The process was friendly, speedy and the team helpful and responsive to my questions along the way. I've now ditched my fixed line ISP and I've kept my long time landline number - I'm currently looking for a downside and finding non! Call quality is excellent and the tools including mobile app, first rate. Can't recommend enough.

I've been using Voipfone for years and except a couple of times where we had some issues with call diverts and auto recharge of the account, it was generally very reliable and efficient. They're prices are also very fair. Overall a great voip service.

United Kingdom | 01 December 2018Brilliant service. I have a home fibre internet connection not with BT and wanted a phone solution using VOIP so I could cancel my BT phone line. Voipfone was excellent and affordable. The account was so easy to set up, and instant to try and test. I bought a local STD number and a box to use my existing house phones it all arrived the next day and simply worked in every way. Cant rate this highly enough. The service was faster, cheaper and with more functionality than the company my broad band provider recommended.

United Kingdom | 24 August 2018Have been keen on voipfone and using for around 5 years now in a busy office with growing number of users. Our service dropped midway through a major client call today to my great dismay. On contacting customer services it was confirmed to relate to the automatic top up payment - for which the ‘trigger level’ was set to £5. Since the call was more than £5, the call dropped partway through, even though the account then processed an automatic topup. This seems a bit counterintuitive to me and not a great service level for a business user.

We migrated from a physical BT PBX system in the office to this solution. What a huge difference in both price and ease of functionality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good VoIP virtual PBX system. Also really rate their virtual PA for an overflow solution.

Instead of the nightmare with other companies having to ring to cancel or reconfigure, did this all through the control panel. ACE!

Calls answered, very helpful knowledgeable staff.. even better if you have technical issue, they have remote support software allowing them to diagnose & 'fix' your problem over the Internet! It's like having your own brilliant IT support function ... PS Excellent & fair pricing on line number rental, calls & international, why stick with BT when you can have a much better & lower cost service!!

The customer service on the occasional time we've had to use it has been fantastic. Many thanks to Aaron today, who sorted out an issue(turned out to be a dodgy cable at our end) for us today and showed extreme patience - great service.
