Called Voipfone today and what a wonderful, refreshing experience speaking to John. I went through everything from moving our numbers over, costs and how the service works and how it would benefit me and my business. As first calls to a new company go, this was excellent, if only other companies could get this right. A new customer.

United Kingdom | 11 January 2017Been a customer for around 6 years now. Have an geographical ip number that diverts to a number of my choice (set up to divert to my mobile). Never had any downtime that I can remember, and makes life so much easier by diverting customer calls to where they are most likely to be answered. No problems with Voipfone at all, billing has always just worked in the background with no mistakes or errors. Highly recommended for any small business telecoms/switchboard needs.

They made the porting process from my old provider painless and when I experienced difficulties connecting the actual phone to the internet they were far more helpful than the company who sold me the hardware and managed to resolve the problems in a short time. Whats more they are cheaper than my previous provider. I am so impressed by this company. I wish I had found them ages ago!

United Kingdom | 11 February 2015having worked in this industry most of my adult life, it is refreshing to find a company that genuinely has figured out that customer care and support is important. Whenever I have had a query, it has been resolved quickly and efficiently, most often whilst I am on a call to them. The service isn't without fault, I don't like the way the have set up the call queuing for example, but they are miles ahead of the competition.
