Many online orders suffer from problems, as mine did. The important thing is how well the company handles the problem, in my case they were excellent.

Purchased one real bargain and decided to revisit for another the next day. Both were delivered in one box with all the flexibility I needed. Then I spotted that I had paid twice for delivery - this was because I'd placed two orders. I thought, that might be worth asking about, and, after I emailed, the extra charge was refunded with no fuss whatsoever. I'll be back.

When my grandchild decided to waive a broom handle around and broke one of my shades I despaired as I had had the fitting a few years. I had bought from this excellent company before and heard very quickly after my initial enquiry. Once I had ordered the replacement - I ordered 2 extra just in case of any more "accidents" the delivery of the items was very quick.

Delivered on time and well packed were two dyas Delmar crystal ceiling lights. Assembled and fitted they look great however a couple of niggles! First, assembly is not for the unpractical person and you would find stepping outside the assembly instructions beneficial secondly get rid of the fiddly wiring box its unnecessary and over complicated. This may however invalidate the warranty. Fitting is a two person job if you follow the instructions but once up they look great ! Recommend fitting a dimmer switch as these lights are bright The lights cast ceiling shadows which may show up poor plastering or uneven work. We are however happy with lights which look great and on a final point the photo illustration shows the glass ring to have a bronzed effect frostered ring it's not it's simply frostered.
