The wrong shades were delivered but the customer services guys sorted it all out extremely quickly - can't fault them.

The flex could not be fed down into the centre of the base. As a result the base place had to be removed and the flex pulled in. That caused some minor damage. Light otherwise good.

The lamp arrived from Amazon onetime and does what it should, however the packaging was poor, it almost looked second hand or that a unit had been returned by somebody else and had been hastily resealed. The silica gel pack has split and that filled the box with a nasty grey gravel-type substance which spilt out of the box and was not easy to clean off the lamp. Also the supplied spanner was poor fit and I had to use one of my own! Shame as all this this spoilt the experience

I ordered 5 items and 2 of them arrived in 1 box and 3 items arrived in another box to our home that was being renovated where my family was stsying at temporary accommodation. It was at a stage where electricians were starting 2nd fix. The electricians only got to the boxes over a week after they arrived to find first box fine but second box with damage to all 3 items. I phoned to get them replaced to find that wasn't possible and instead I'm paying to get 2 items replaced and 1 item had a clip and I may have to buy the whole item again.......I'm thinking of taking this to a legal matter and will be making it public on forums that this company is not a friendly company to purchase from.
