This my go to website for card games always

Good company most of the time. Until something happend. Ordered from Total Cards before and was happy from my order. Then I decided to preorder the cards and receive them on the release day. I waited with excitement for a message from the seller on the day of the release. However, I didn't receive it. Shortly after the release, I received an email confirming that the package had supposedly been sent. After a week of waiting, I wrote with a question about my shipment and received a response that I had to wait because it was probably the fault of the postal service. I was told to wait for the matter to be resolved by the shipping company. Now it has been over a month since the product's release, and I still don't know what happened to my shipment. I don't have the product, I haven't received a refund, and that's my joy of ordering a product on its premiere. ☹️

Wow, what a great team they have at Total Cards. Regrettably, one of the items I ordered was out of stock. They emailed me immediately apologising, but offered an alternative, which as it turned out was better. The people I dealt with were polite, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Also helps that they are fans of what they sell, so it’s nice to geek out with a friendly chat. Very happy with the service! They dispatched my order very quickly with a personalised delivery note and free sweets ^_^
