EDIT: To respond to Total Cards, the support DIDNT show me an email showing that the order had failed. The emails I received were, "Don't forget to order the items in your basket!" - which I ignored, because I had just placed what I thought was confirmed order, as the email I received spoke about spending my points. An email to remind me to purchase whats in my basket, IS NOT, an email telling me my order failed. Tried to place an order, on the site I got to the end of the order, confirming it. I got an email saying my loyalty points had been spent on the order. In reality, my order failed but I wasn't notified at all of that. I waited a month, thinking I had pre ordered an item, but I hadn't. Now the item is out of stock. Customer service can't help, now im missing out on a product I thought I was receiving.

I come here to hang out sometimes and it's always a good place to be. If you just wanna hang out around other people if you don't know anyone, it's good for that too. It has a wide range of card games. My favourite product is the mystery packs because whilst the cards are random, they have versions where you're guaranteed a specific thing e.g, a character card or a shiny card. They have vending machines so you can buy drinks and snacks when you get hungry. The staff are very nice and are willing to help you learn a card game if they aren't busy. Taking the bus here is easy so I come down when I'm bored.

Unfortunately my package hasn't arrived yet, still waiting for it as far as I'm aware royal mail still has it, which I know cannot be helped. Hoping for it to turn up at some point this week. Other than that the order process was a smooth transaction.
