The bicycle came as ordered. There were several options that I would have preferred on the bike but because of the supply chain issues worldwide, the two options I wanted were not available. I will upgrade the wheels at a later time and not upgrade the second item. My biggest concern was with FedEx. The bike was delayed in Germany. Once the bike arrived in the US it was delayed but for only one a day. Communication between FedEx and me was not what I have experienced previously even with the FedEx phone app. The box was damaged but there was nothing missing out of the box. The bike was not damaged. I had a local shop fit me for the new bike. They set up the bike based on the fit. Great ride and the wireless shifting and disc brakes are great! Both my sons have Standert bicycles and both are extremely satisfied with their bikes.

Das Triebwerk Disc fühlt sich schnell an und ist schnell. Es sieht nicht nur super schön aus, sondern fährt sich auch noch mindestens genauso gut. Ich fahre doppelt so gerne und doppelt so viel seitdem ich es habe. 😊Ich würde immer wieder genau diese Rad kaufen. Wirklich alles top.

Shipping and overall experience was spot on. I would have hoped for more support regarding the actual build, there is no explanation included and the bottom bracket fit can be tricky. A quick call fixed the issues though!

The first anual bike check of my Pfadfinder was due and what can I say, the Standert after sales services lives up to their products. Work quality, customer orientation and keeping the scheduled time slot was top.

Standert has been amazing. Fedex had damaged the box in shipment and The people over at Standert made it right. I can't say how much that means when you buy a new bike and they make sure everything is perfect. Not to mention the bike rides great. Love the geometry and the feel. I built it up with Sram Force Etap and rim brake. My first ride I clocked in 130 miles and it was a pure dream. I stand behind them and what they are putting out. Only problem is the colors they have are limited but considering that there is a lack of bikes and components this is a more a reflection of the bike industry as a whole. So snag your frame before they sell out.

Beautiful product sure my grandson will get years of enjoyment out of it. Shipping could have been better but that’s not Standert’s fault.

Nachdem ich lange um eine Kreissäge Fluo Forest herumgeschlichen bin, habe ich mir jetzt den letzten kleinen Renner gegönnt. Das macht richtig Laune und ballert noch besser als mein Cannondale, mit dem ich auch sehr zufrieden war. Im Vorfeld wurde ich telefonisch und per Mail super von Tom beraten. Allerdings ist es bei dem Preis ein echtes Manko, dass nach dem Versand noch einiges vom Profi korrekt einzustellen war und die Verkabelung nicht richtig gelegt wurde.

My experience in Standert was very nice. They helped me and solved all my doubts. I could also try the bikes in the street in order to choose better the size of the bike.

Ich habe innerhalb einer Stunde 2 Erdgeschoss, ein Pfadfinder und ein Triebwerk testen können. Alles unkompliziert, immer sehr gern wieder.
