Absolutely incredible customer service and support throughout the whole process from Tom, who has been extremely useful, agile and friendly. The process of buying a bike from Standert was amazing and even though there were a few hurdles on the way (no fault of theirs whatsoever) Tom made sure I got the bike I wanted in the spec I wanted and made sure everything was taken care of.
