Thank you Standert for my Dream Bike! Alex and Tom are great contact persons who are happily trying their best to satisfy your needs. They assisted me with all my questions and wishes through e-mail, phone and in the shop and helped me finding the right parts so that I can have a 'custom, one-of-a-kind' bike. Also big shout out to Peter, Moi and Tom in the workshop! Whatever the problem, they are determined to solve it and make sure you are back on the bike in no time (even if that means taking the whole bike apart to find a kinked Di2 cable).

Website was easy to navigate, product detail was comprehensive, pricing is fair, turnaround time from purchase to despatch was also well outlined therefore as expected. The frameset arrived well packaged and undamaged with no parts missing. The use of FedEx in my case was a good choice as they did not overcharge on brokerage feees. Overall, this was a very good transaction and the communication by email has been good as well. Happy with my Triebwerk Disc.

I originally ordered the silver coloured umlaufbahn v3 frameset, but it turned out to be out of stock so Standert offered me the last years v2 model in exchange. Other than that I was very satisfied with my experience and I do enjoy the blue color a lot too!

Service Standert Bicycles Ich habe im Frühjahr 2020 bei Standert ein Treibwerk Disc gekauft. Ein tolles Bike. Es heißt ja oft, dass man einen Hersteller am Service erkennen kann, zum Beispiel wenn nach dem Kauf ein Problem mit dem Bike entsteht. Ich habe nun im Rahmen eines Austauschs des Schaltwerks Probleme beim Wechsel der innenverlegten Züge gehabt. Eine E-Mail an Standert geschrieben. Daraufhin hat sich bei mir Tom gemeldet, der mich schon im letzten Jahr beim Kauf begleitet hat. Er hat mit vorgeschlagen, dass ich die geschilderten Probleme direkt mit den Mechanikern besprechen könnte und kündigte einen Anruf bei mir für die nächsten Tage an. Nach ein bis zwei Tagen hat mich Peter angerufen. Wir haben die Probleme besprochen und er hat mir dann den Besuch einer Werkstatt zur Reparatur des Bikes empfohlen. Das hatte ich ja auch bereits vermutet, da ich eben nicht so viele professionelle Tools zu Hause habe. Zudem hat er mir angeboten, der Werkstatt meines Vertrauens seine Telefonnummer zu geben, damit diese bei Problemen ihn kontaktieren konnte. Wow, nicht schlecht dachte ich, was für ein Entgegenkommen! Nun ist das Bike repariert. Alles läuft wieder rund. Danke an Veloprotz in Würzburg für die Reparatur und danke an Standert für den Top-Service! Bei euch braucht sich niemand Sorgen um mögliche Service-Probleme zu machen. Sehr Empfehlenswert

Hab mein Triebwerk seit einer Woche und ich liebs. Noch nie ein besseres Rad gefahren und auch noch mit so viel Charakter und Stil. Moderner Stahlrahmen ist echt genial! Super entspannte Bestellung, ruckzuck da, danke ans ganze Team <3

Great frame, good customer service. Only issues were that none of the swarf had been cleaned out, one thread had been tapped cross threaded and the hanger mount was bent slightly meaning it was difficult to put a wheel in, all are easily rectifiable but other than that a great bike :)

What can I say, I am totally in love with my Kreissäge RS. The guys from Standert do a great job, the bikes are the most beautiful on the market. The geometry, the quality, the attention to detail and the service are great! My next bike will definitely be a Standert too.
