Fab bargain great service

Can't believe how warm this coat is as it weighs nothing. The coat is a very good fit with nice deep pockets & the hood fits well too. The only negative is the material is a bit shiny. Well packaged and the delivery service was brilliant, I got a text to tell me it would be delivered that day & another when it had been delivered which was handy as it was delivered to work so I knew when to go to the post room.

A quick efficient purchase at a reasonable price.

rock and run has some great deals, though they are fast moving. its pretty normal that any deals would be only in XXS or XXL sizes. the standards products tend to be a little cheaper than elsewhere, typically around £5 off a £90 normal cost. I have been sent the wrong item once, i asked to get a replacement but would have to have sent it back so didn't think it worth the effort, would have preferred to just received the right one as compensation. Iv spent maybe £5-10,000 pounds on rock and run over the years, and they wont give me any kind of long standing discount, which is kind of annoying. Otherwise a decent source of equipment, dispatched pretty fast and with minimal errors.

I recently received 2 pairs of 'deal' 5-10 approach shoes from Rock & Run, I was most impressed by the speed of delivery, the excellent price point for the product and the ease of use of their relatively new website.

Great online buying experience but later found out after my order that one item was out of stock. Good email communication but would have been better to know it was out of stock before purchasing the item. Part shipped with a quick delivery and looking forward to receiving the later part of the order.
