I was looking for some approach shoes for longish day walks, often on technical rock. Unable to source the Adidas with Stealth rubber I was after, I came across good reviews for Evolv Capitan shoes as one of 4 shoes I was interested in. Rock & Run had these on special & also Five Tennies so I bought both to reduce the freight component to Australia (still 1/3 of total cost). Arrived 4.5 days after ordering which is spectacular delivery, well packaged & better than I hoped for. Well done Rock & Run!

Products fine and good value, issue is Royal Mail delivery service. No option on R +R website to give delivery instructions, RM will not leave in a designated location like other carriers or with neighbour. This means a round trip of 10 miles if we miss delivery and this delivery centre may close!

Great service, the shoe sizing guide said to get the one I chose, may have gone half a size under, but still great shipping times and cost.

Was thinking of getting a 'very' last minute flight to Ibiza for a week of warm climbing. At 16:00 on Thursday I phoned Rock and Run to see if they had the guide book and if there was anyway it would be with me before Saturday. The book arrived on Friday. Excellent service.

Really good service. Fast, well packaged and in pristine condition (it was a book and in the past I've found companies to send out the tatty ones). Only complaint was that there was no email to confirm dispatch (did check my Spam folder) although as it arrived as promised this wasn't a massive issue.

I hadn't bought from Rock & Run since it went exclusively online, I rather like browsing before buying! From my experience I will be definitely be using them again, the deal was hassle free, their price was competitive, my purchase (new picks for my BD axes) was very well wrapped and delivery was prompt and free. Give them a go and support a small specialist retailer.
