Having found the items I thought I wanted I contacted Rock&Run by e-mail to double check the suitability of one of these items and received a response within a very short space of time. This reply was totally accurate and needed no additional questions to be asked. I went ahead with my order as the item was a very good price. Delivery was really speedy and arrived within two days. The items did exactly what I wanted and what I had been told they would do. I can find no fault with this company and have them saved on my favourites list for the future.

I've been buying kit from Rock + Run since since at least 2003 and have got loads of kit from them over the years. They're reliable, offer very good value and offer good advice over the phone. I've bought winter boots, approach shoes, rucksacks, climbing gear - the lot - with no complaints. You can't say that about many retailers, particularly online.

Requiring a pair of rock shoes after recently discovering the joys of bouldering and climbing, I looked at a handful of different sites before settling on Rock+Run. Most places offered a pretty slow delivery service (3 - 5 working days) within the UK, whereas R+R quoted their deliveries at 1 - 4 working days and indeed the package arrived after 2 days with no fuss. I even recommended the site to a friend when they asked where I purchased my shoes from.
