I purchased a pair of rock-climbing shoes from Rock + Run, which were extremely competitively priced and arrived in great nick. Not only that, but when I got in touch with Rock + Run about my order for some delivery questions, they were super-fast and extremely friendly. The courier they use (City Link) unfortunately is nowhere near this level of service. My 'next day' delivery which I paid extra for arrived three days after I made my purchase. Granted I did order late-afternoon (approx. 16.00) so I had missed the package delivery deadline for the day, but considering that I purchased another pair of climbing shoes from another site with Royal Mail delivery at no extra-charge on the following day and received them BEFORE this parcel, I must say that I am less than impressed with City Link. Also - do not try calling them. I spent a grand-total of £8 waiting in que with them on my mobile service ... As such - I would definitely recommend Rock + Run. Just don't pay for the courier service.

I really love Rock+Run. They not only have all my favourite brands of climbing equipment and really outstandingly good prices, they also seem to be lovely, personable people when it comes to their customer service. I will definitely be using them more in future and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
