Website easy to use, the price of the fingerboard was good and the delivery was quick.

I've been looking for a pair of good quality trainer's for months, but many online stores promise a lot in the way of discounts and deliver nothing. It's nice to deal with a store that lives up to It's promise of a great price for a great product.

Bought shorts, shoes and chalkballs, cheap, with free postage! All arrived within a few days, even received texts from Royal Mail saying when my stuff was being delivered, and also after it arrived. Canna fault Rock + Run, will definitely use them again.

Needed to get a new climbing helmet for my son so decided to call in at the shop on way to climbing in the Lakes. The help and advice we received was excellent. The gentleman who served us couldn't do enough to ensure we had the right product. Thank you very much for all your help it was greatly appreciated and the product was absolutely perfect.

Excellent service, rang up to find out about an esoteric item that wasn't in stock (but was availble from UK distributors) and had a really helpful conversation with the Rock and Run guys. This resulted in them contacting the distributor for me, e-mailing me back later the same day to notify me they could get hold of it and then me ordering the item the next day. I recevied the item two days later. So even if they don't have what you want, it is worth giving them a ring for advice from people who actually use the kit, are genuinelly helpful and go way behond paying lip-service to the notion of customer service! Spent a small fortune over the last couple of weeks bringing my mountaineering kit up into the 21st century. R&R have supplied most of it at a great price with next day delivery. Not only that but when you ring them up, you speak to someone who knows what they are talking about! Highly recommended!

Ordered a few items from Rock&Run last week. On delivery there was a problem with the order, a couple of items were missing. A quick email later and the items were rightly on their way to me.
