product recd was not the same as the description in the catalog. two of the dimension way off. talked to CS. they agreed catalog was wrong

Ordered an assortment of type 316 stainless steel clevis pins for use in sailing program. Price was great and package arrived quickly. Very happy with Product and overall shopping experience.

On a positive note I appreciate being able to buy an assortment of snap-rings and not a bag of 100 of the same size. On a negative note, it was two weeks before my order was filled and shipped. This is fine if you're re-stocking but a problem is a piece of equipment is down.
