We ordered material we needed for a current project only to find out most of the order could not ship until July!! This certainly does not help us at all so we canceled the order.

Parts can fast an as expected

I recieved a email confirmation right after the order was placed. Whenever the shipping confirmation arrived I opened it to find someone else's order. After 5 phone calls and multiple emails it was finally determined that my order and another came in at the same time and morphed. Had I not been so observant to notify them it would have processed. It did delay shipping and I received my package several days late. They could have at least offered to return my freight cost.

Bad communication lead to a absolute failure of an order process. But in the end Customer Service stepped up to correct its problem with me at least, and it only took making them aware of their error. And they corrected it without making excuses which I found refreshing.

I ordered a rather wide range of roll pins and the order was filled 100% correctly and very promptly. I was pleasantly surprised to be completely honest. The quantities I ordered for each type roll pin were minimal but the service was exceptional and the prices were in my opinion competitive. Great company I highly recommend and I will return for future purchases.
