I was totally mislead by this AGENCY!!! When I called to book our local Paint balling, I expressed surprise that it had changed hands from SKIRMISH to Bedlam. It had not, but the guy on the phone didn't tell me that the number I had called, was actually a search engine agency that I had mistakenly called, instead of calling the company directly! I expressed dissatisfaction that I was being charged a £10- booking fee, that had never been asked before. (we have been a few times previously)to the paint balling centre) Again he said that was the policy without explaining I had come through to an agency. He then informed me that if I bought an extra 350 balls per person (4 people) during the booking, it would be cheaper than doing it on the actual day. UNTRUE! I paid £25- per person, for an extra 350 balls each, but on arrival at the actual paint ball centre, was informed for the price I'd paid the agency, we would have received an extra 500 balls each! I am disgusted at the Bedlam agency & will in future be mindful of other agencies claiming to be the actual company!

After doing Google research for a large paintball organisation in lancashire I opted for Bedlam paintball they were everywhere and looking at their web page looked like an awesome paintball provider. However this proved to be false and I was charged £210.00 which was £72 extra plus a £44 booking fee for 6 persons £35.00 pp Bedlam paintball are are only BOOKING AGENTS ONLY and nothing more. I thought I was dealing with the site directly who charge £22.00 for 300 paintballs and all kit etc after I had booked and paid for it the actual venue contacted me to confirm my booking... Do not pay extra using this service contact any venue directly for cheaper prices and no booking fees. It does not state anywhere on the pages of the website but at the bottom of the page in red print on the dark red background almost invisible is a link to the Terms and conditions and on listing number 19 it states they are a booking agent only and wipe hands off any complaints. I contacted bedlam directly before I went to the venue and was told to stop stressing and since then they do not return my calls the manager Stuart does not return my calls and is never around. I have all the emails and contacts I have had with them and sent to Trading standards. The bottom line is Do not use them book the venue yourself and save yourself a lot of cash and bother I do feel very bitter as once you have paid you cant get anyone to deal with you afterwards. I now know never to use them again as I can phone a venue up myself and dont need to pay someone £13 for the pleasure of doing it for me. Brian Webbe

Booked a splatmaster birthday party for my 10 year old son, kids had a great day at paintball challenge messingham and staff were brilliant with kids also, I will definitely return. I will not however book through bedlam paintball, I feel robbed. I was charged £300 for the party for upto 10 kids, only to find upon arival that the same service is offered direct for half the price. At no point during the booking or explanation of what's involved did the rep on the phone tell me that bedlam booked on my behalf and charged for the privilege. I wouldn't mind even a £50 booking fee but double the price is a con. Advertised on the website it also states unlimited paintballs, yet during the games the guns are loaded with 15 balls, when they run out, your out until the next game, very misleading on bedlams part. My advice to anyone is check your local paintball site before booking with these guys.

Be aware...this lot only own 3 sites in Scotland, but depending on who you speak to, will imply they run about 100 across Britain. They are mainly resellers and you can get your day out about 30% cheaper going direct to the site. They will call and emall 2 or 3 times a day if you leave contact details. If you ask to speak to the owner, a guy called Roman, he will put you on hold and pretend to transfer you to himself, without even changing his voice! Then he will drone on for 20 minutes pushing non stop to get your money. All in all not a great experience.

Booking was very easy, and nothing was too much trouble.. i spoke to Stuart who answered all my questions and to be fair i asked a lot .. so can not fault the booking service i received.. fantastic!

Done this as a stag do. It was a good crack, various games and staff were nice. It is a proper setup. However three people did not turn up. Even though I had pre paid they would not allow us to have the paintballs that had been paid for by the three guys. There was reason was we went through a third party! We Then we ordered extra paintballs. They split it between 13 so we lost some of the extra balls too!

Chris was really helpful and with a gun upgrade for my son (is his b'day, which I'm sure he's going to love) couldn't ask for better. Thank You Chris

The customer service I had with Chris today was great. The only reason I marked down to a 4 was for the simple fact that when I called previously and spoke with a different advisor about the deposit amount etc I was not advised about the booking fee. I had already told friends it's & 35 each and £10 deposit which is what was agreed so I paid the booking fee of £17.50 myself but had I had known about the booking fee when I was discussing this with friends I could have asked of they were happy to pay this. I did not feel it was right to do so as this was not the information I previously gave them.
