Awful company, rude staff. Took my kids here and one of them ended up crying after the steward shouted at him. Overpriced, poor/old kit, virtually no food options. Don't use this company, they are like an amateur outfit. Very disappointed - would like my money back

Received a phone call from Bedlam today cancelling my booking for this weekend. 3 days notice??? Have to Re-organise my son's birthday party, travel logistics, food etc. So unimpressed I cannot find the words to show my feelings about this.

The Splatmaster activity was a lot of fun however I would recommend that you book directly with the venue that hosts the activity and not via Bedlam (third party). It will cost a lot less. I had a very stressful experience dealing with Bedlam but don’t want to spend any further time writing about it. Bedlam’s customer service skills were poor (in my experience).
