United Kingdom | 02 March 2019Wouldn’t book though bedlam again if it was free, such a stress the day before my sons birthday all because of late emails and incorrect info given to me on booking, the site I went to was good and staff were nice, so this review is not for the actual site just the terrible booking service. Also this is the first review Iv ever left as Iv never felt the need to before now I don’t feel I was given the wrong info ... I WAS given the wrong info only option I was left with was cancel the day before my sons birthday at 3pm on the 1st and my booking was for the 2nd not the third as stated in your reply giving me not much choice really even the site manager said this happens often when booking through you guys and told me to complain and at no point did you tell me on the phone I’d not get the free paint balls untill the aft I only was made aware of that by the site managers email on the 1st March. You can carry on taking no responsibility at the fact that I was misslead not really interested my review stands and is factual I confirmed I revived an email the day before my booked date yes at 2pm explaining about the 100 paint balls not been given hence me then complaining as that was the first time it was mention to me you guys never once told me that so you can pretend like you did until your blue in the face I would not have wasted my time complaining had all the rubbish your saying was true fact is I wasn’t given the correct information by you guys I didn’t get any email on the 26th stating about the paint balls and how many you would actually use or I would have complained then for not being told on the phone .... Iv read the reply’s to most of the negative reviews on here and it’s quite clear you don’t seem to take any responsibility for your actions, just brush it over and try sound like you did every thing right but you didn’t my review is staying.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2019I have booked on numerous occasions and everytime my session has been cancelled. When buying my tickets I was never told that they could do weekends only. I have called numerous times just to be signposted to different places. Eventually I called and asked for a refund by which they told me to email them and explain why I would like a refund and they never got back to me. Quite rude and abrupt on phone too. Altogether appalling service.

After talking to first adviser, I was told that venue is available, and I can call back to book. When I called back next day the same person told me it isn't available after all as the calendar wasn't updated. I have decided to call different person who told me it was available and he sorted it all form me. Roman at the end gave me a good deal. good experience at the end, although the journey through previous advisers not especially.
