Leider haben die von mir bestellten Brillen nicht gepasst (sehr schmales Gesicht) und ich musste sie zurückschicken. Very bad customer service. They did´nt give me any solution with DHL service. The only comment to me is that I need to have more patience. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never buy anything in Bike24 for this reason.

Hier ist meine Erfahrung. Kauf meines ersten E-Bike Nuride Hybrid EXC 750 Allroad 2024 - caramel / black. Rahmengröße: 58 cm (L) auf Bike24 im Oktober 2024. Das Fahrrad wird sehr, sehr gut verpackt geliefert (Bike24-Verpackung). Leider weist das Fahrrad, obwohl es insgesamt von sehr guter Qualität ist, mehrere Mängel auf. Bike24 hat sich reaktiv gezeigt und für jedes Problem eine Lösung angeboten. Da ich der Meinung war, daß diese Mängel durch eine korrekte Qualitätskontrolle direkt in der Fabrik hätten vermieden werden können, habe ich auch beim Hersteller (Cube) eine Reklamation eingereicht. Der Cube-Support war jedoch deutlich weniger motiviert als der Bike24-Support. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht, daß Cube erkennt, daß ein Kunde, der einen hohen Preis für ein Fahrrad investiert, deutlich weniger Nachlässigkeiten bei der Herstellung erwartet.

I had a very positive experience before with the sending of a tubeless valve that was missing in the box with the wheel. But my patience is now at an end regarding an amount I should get back. Now I read here that George (Oct 8, 2024) had the same problem with getting the money back. On September 21, 2024 I placed an order for one front wheel. During checkout I received an error message when paying with my Mastercard, so I completed the payment via my bank account, which worked. To my surprise I then saw that two front wheels had been processed and paid for. After I contacted them, I was informed that they would try to cancel it but that it might not be possible to cancel one of the wheels and I was asked to return it. I received a credit note for the return shipment on October 10, 2024, but the amount of EUR 206.86 has not yet been refunded. I understand that there may be a new system in use and that manual processing takes time, but of course this should not be at the expense of your customers. Bike24 has now had an amount from me for more than 1 month that it should not have had if it did not receive the message when purchasing the wheel that the payment had not been successful while it had been successful. UPDATE: 29-10 i got an Bike24 reaction by mail that it had been wired. And yes i have the money on my bankaccount. : My * go from 1 to 4 because of earlier contacts.

Bought a bike with a good reduction, so price was nice. The sram derailler gave me shifting problems. The fork lock out doesnt lock. Dhl shipped the bike from germany to belgium, then back to germany, then back to belgium, and they gave me an appointment for 17h but at 9h30 i received a call that the delivery would be on 10h. The quality control needs to be better, and DHL sucks hardcore.
