When I googled "nespresso pods" this company and their pods came up and I placed an order. When it arrived, they were not nexpresso pods at all. I called and the "wonderful" lady that handles customer service informed me that they don't sell nespresso pods and when I asked for a return label, she said that I would have to return them on my own dime in order to get a refund when they received them. I told her that I wasn't going to pay to return something that was not my fault. She basically said "to bad so sad" and I informed her that I would then be disputing it with my credit card and she told me "well, I win all the credit card disputes." What a horrible experience all around.
