After being seriously let down by another high street furniture store Taskers came to our rescue. We spent ages looking around and asking a million and one questions but nothing was too much trouble. The even loaned us two 2-seater sofas until our new ones were ready so that we weren’t sitting on beanbags. When the new suite was delivered it was even nicer than I imagined and is super comfy. I would most definitely recommend Taskers 100%

Team Taskers strikes again.... Stairs, landing and lounge carpet fitted. Phil guides you along whilst being very helpful to find the right product/design for your space with no pressure to commit to anything. Giving great ideas for the stair finish etc. Then Steve and Callum fitted the carpet in good time with good humour and a fantastic finish. Our house is now a home thanks to the team. Well done Team Taskers.

I knew which stressless chairs I wanted so I googled which company was offering the keenest price and delivery date. Taskers came out top so I called them up and spoke to Malcolm who was extremely helpful. The lovely Leah kept me informed of the progress of the order. Today they have arrived and I’m delighted both with the chairs and the the customer service Taskers give. I would recommend Taskers to everyone.

Bernie in the bedroom section was very helpful, he listened to our needs and advised accordingly. He didn't upsell and offered very practical solutions to our specific needs. All in all a great experience.

First class attention and service at the showroom. Item delivered on time and correctly placed in house. Couldn't have asked for better.

My mother spoke to Daniel regarding aftercare for my sofa as there is a small stain we cannot remove. He was quite rude and sarcastic to say the least. She is 9 months pregnant and did not need that sort of attitude when she just wanted a little advice. Daniel should consider being more helpful rather than insisting the company have already sent her an aftercare plan when she has not received it. It wouldn’t hurt him to resend it either way. She paid £3400 for these sofas, and apparently cannot get aftercare advice or insurance. He said “that’s like having an accident and then asking for insurance”. Obviously that’s not a good comparison Dan. Before you buy these sofas, remember you are paying £3000+ and then will need to pay insurance every 3 years to get out the smallest of marks.

Through no fault of Tasker’s this was not a perfect experience but despite the supplier issues they were magnificent throughout, it is easy to impress when everything works first time, but Taskers determination to maintain excellence in trying circumstances really stood out. I would recommend them without hesitation for customer service, backed by keen pricing and quality products. I will be a repeat customer, a great company to work with.
