Gave 5 stars because over the years I have bought many items from Taskers and never been disappointed. The service is always excellent and the sales people are always very helpful but not pushy. Well done to Dan for selling me my new almost made to measure recliner chair.

We visited Taskers a few weeks ago to view dining sets. We were greeted by Trevor who was extremely helpful. We came home to discuss and made the decision to go with the dining set that we had seen but noticed it was cheaper on the branded website. Once again, Trevor was extremely helpful and price matched for us. He called back at a time when he said he would call back. Customer service was exemplary and this is why we gave our business to Taskers. We will definately be ordering more from here! The range of stock is amazing!

I phoned Taskers with my order and Daniel discounted the delivery cost to half the price online.

I ordered some stressless chairs and there was a wee bit of a hiccup about delivery. I spoke to the wonderful Linzi and she went out of her way to be helpful, the problem was solved along with a complementary 5 years guarantee. Thank you so much, Taskers have excellent customer service, second to none.

Went to the store today looking for a chair for my wife who has back problems. Malcolm asked could he help, having explained the problem he took us to a chair that suited my wife's needs We placed an order. Thanks to Malcolm. It is refreshing to find a person who get's pride in helping people.

Our Dealings were via telephone with David Entwistle who was really friendly & very knowledgeable. He dealt with our requirements quickly & our order was placed without fuss. They offer the same great prices as others but with great customer service & free delivery.

The member of staff was very helpful,not pushy made time to explain the said purchase. I had a call two days later to ask if I had made a dy or not.

We recently called at Taskers initially for a general look around. Dan (one of the sales team) approached and we were able to discuss in general terms what we were looking for. We were treated to a warm drink and having been given guidance on where best to look we were able to stroll around in order to make an informed decision following further discussions with Dan. We are not normally fans of sales reps but Dan's informal and helpful approach suited us. A good place to visit with extensive and varied amounts of furniture to suit all tastes.

Knowledgeable and helpful people

This is an update of a review from December 2022, they STILL have not sorted the issue, and are now seemingly ignoring any emails I send, I agreed a repair to the original, they did say there maybe a 'slight' difference in colour, however when the technician called to fit the repair, said this is nothing like it, if I was the customer, there is no way I'd accept that ! My wife had said it was different, but I thought it may not notice too much, but I was wrong. they still say its my fault, I may have rested my head on the arm rest ( a 2 foot head? !) or I may have rested my arm on the armrest ! yet the pile is missing, Tech said its no longer cut by hand, its done by computer, and it uses all available material, if if the cut is 'wrong' and pile is wrong way, this sofa was £1500 and was barely 1 year old, I even gave a generous offer of buying a new one but with a 50% discount, which the manufacturer coukd refund when they invesitigated it, but just no reply at all I agreed to change my last review after they promised it would be solved, but that seems to have been a bit of a con, well that is the way I see it. the other sofa is fine, so it is NOT how we use it ! Very disappointed, using retirement money to buy a decent sofa to last us out, only to find 12 months is the life expectency of the sofa so beware, you maybe OK, but if there is an issue, do not exepct it to be sorted. this will be updated if they resolve the issue

Daniel went that extra mile, showing us a number of leather samples and advising us on the best one which would be suitable for us.

An enjoyable experience when choosing & buying our sofa.The atmosphere in store was relaxing ,although Paul the salesman was available when needed. This was our first visit to Taskers although it had been recommended to us by a number of our friends. Our salesman Trevor was very friendly and helpful, he devoted a lot of time to helping us select our G Plan sofas and chairs without any pressure to buy.
