Disaster and poor customer service from the minute the deposit was paid. Ordered over £5000 of furniture in May with a promised delivery date of mid-September. Even told us “others will exaggerate delivery date but we always give realistic dates”. Given various excuses but was advised ship with goods docked on 24th December, early February I was still chasing them!! They eventually advised me on 7th Feb that furniture was given to a delivery company and I should pay the balance which I did. It’s now 10th February and still no email re delivery and neither Taskers or Delivery company answering emails and both ‘Customer Services’ lines not answering and automatically cut you off before answering. AVOID!!!

I phoned Taskers today to get some information about furniture I was interested in. One of the reasons I picked them was their Trustpilot reviews. A young lady took my details advising I would get a call back. I was called back about 10mins later by Daniel who was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture. We talked through options and prices for a while and the aftercare I could expect. Not only were Taskers prices the best I had seen on-line but I was also very impressed by the obvious focus on customer service and satisfaction. I placed an order and received an itemised costing plus T&C within 5 minutes of the end of my call. Very impressed.

We bought a suite yesterday and were helped by Malcolm. He managed to get the balance between being there when we wanted help and giving us the space to discuss things. Many sales staff could learn from him as we are always put off by people who follow you around and don't give you space. Also a mention for Margaret whose recommendation where to get some lunch was spot on. The Leylands

Visited Taskers today to look at sofas . We found what we were looking for and ordered it through sales assistant Malcolm , very nice helpful man , answered all our questions , a pleasure to deal with .

Delivery was late because of Covid issues with suppliers but Taskers were exemplary in after service. Suite didn’t fit through door but problem was was resolved by Taskers and suite now installed to complete satisfaction

I bought a sofa from Taskers and have been really pleased with the quality The staff in the showroom gave great advise and did not bother us as we looked round . When we did ask for help they were very professional The customer service at Taskers is great Would highly recommend this company

We visited Taskers today to look at recliner chairs. Malcolm Pitts was the member of staff helping us, he gave us clear advice on which chairs to look at and told us about sizes prices etc. We were then left to browse as we wished, after a while Malcolm came back and answered our various questions, demonstrating different features of chairs. We eventually purchased a chair. Both my husband and myself were delighted with the experience and wish to thank Malcolm for his knowledge and kindness, as I had prior to this visit done a lot of research on various chairs we had a fairly good idea as to what we wanted and Malcolm helped us find the right one. I was really impressed with the showroom of Taskers, the range of furnishings was impressive and certainly one of the best displays I’ve seen. In an age where most shopping seems to have to be done online this was an eye opener.

Malcolm was very helpful when we visited to look for our sofas. He found several that matched our requirements then left us to test them out. He told us to give him a wave when we needed assistance and was really most helpful. We have ordered two sofas and now waiting for delivery. Well done Malcolm !

Visited Taskers three times to look at sofas. Staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. We had to consider dimensions of sofas and configuration of our rooms so we telephoned Taskers for additional information on two occasions; they obtained the required information and contacted us with the details. We ordered four sofas in September and were advised that their availability would be between October and November. We informed them that our house renovations might not be completed by that timeframe, so they said that they would keep them in storage until we could accommodate them. Carpets were fitted and the four sofas were delivered the following day. The delivery team of two were polite, professional and swift. We have purchased a few items from Taskers previously and have always been pleased with both quality and service.

Taskers is always reliable and the staff are very knowledgeable. Malcolm was very helpful, guiding us to the sofas which most fitted our requirements. He was friendly, helpful and not pushy but there when we needed questions answering.

The leather chair I purchased is exactly what I hope it would be. HOWEVER, initially I went to order a leather chair because there was an offer on that stated: Takers would upgrade any material chair to leather without any extra cost. When I spoke to the sales person at Tasker they told me that the offer was not available on the chair I had chosen so I had to pay extra. There was also a second issue, the order took 3 months, I was only informed this after I have paid a substantial deposit of over £300. I really needed this chair and I wanted to support a local company; it's left an unsettled feeling and I am afraid I won't be supporting this company again

Excellent professional service. A bit slow at first answering emails but once I chased up then a speedy response. The delivery men were very professional and clean. I was impressed at them putting covering on the carpet before opening the packaging. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I bought a set of dining chairs September 2021. A delivery date of December was given. I paid a deposit. The chairs arrived on time. The balance of the payment was made after they had been delivered. Every aspect of the process was excellent. Thank you.

I am very happy with my ottoman and mattress, the quality is superb although the mattress did take nearly 3 months to arrive, it was worth the wait in the end,the guys who delivered the bed were very helpful and polite, i would definitely recommend taskers quality furniture, thankyou 🙂

Phil the carpet man was true to his word. We didn’t come into Taskers to buy carpets as we were already thinking of buying from else where, but we saw the carpet we already wanted, asked a few questions and before we knew it the carpets were fitted in our house, no messing, no problems, date arranged, and carpets down. In short period of time Phil came out measured up and the 2 lads fitted the carpets and even at a cheaper price we were originally quoted by another firm. Win win, a very satisfied customer.
