Lovely shop with very helpful staff. A really great buying experience

You here this saying again and again, you get what you pay for and that’s exactly what you get with taskers a fabulous service from start to Finish . We have used taskers a few times before our recent visit and it’s still the same as it was then fabulous products and very friendly and professional staff

The salesman was excellent highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly he made our visit to your showroom a pleasurable experience. We were quite indecisive at first but he was happy for us to take our time and eventually we found just what we wanted.

The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the ordering process. Long lead in times due to the state of the world. I’ll review the product on delivery.

Placed order for a new suite. Assistant helpful and no problems. Now waiting delivery of the goods. Bit early to offer complete review at this stage. Watch this space.

Our experience at Taskers of Accrington was an eye opener, never seen so much furniture in one location We were looking for a settee & we had plenty to choose from & managed to find three or four we liked With the help of Malcolm, who kept checking we were ok & if we needed any measurements checked or advise we found the ‘one’ Thanks to Malc & a very nice Queensbury Chocolate settee, our job was done & we placed an order accordingly

Daniel was so helpful from start to finish when I rang to order my sofas. And extremely good when I decided against the original covers colour I had chosen for them. He organised for several fabric swatches to be sent to me so I could make my final choice and I can't thank him enough. I'm very much looking forward to getting our sofas in the not too distant future.

First visit to Taskers, bought a replacement Fama sofa, great service and patience from Malcolm whilst deciding on fabrics. Service was so good, I went back today and bought another sofa range for another room 😊.

On our first visit to Taskers we were greatly impressed with the range and presentation of products, the knowledge of the staff and their understanding of our requirements. It seemed nothing was too much trouble to help us find our perfect seating solutions even though our “wishes” were quite complicated! Very friendly, helpful and well informed staff

After a great deal of deliberation I decided on a new dining room table. Loved the design I chose and discussed with sale staff. They were really helpful as I was not able to visit the showroom they helped me with dimensions and colours. Only downside is it won't be ready until November. Not the fault of the shop though.

First class customer service. Purchased G Plan Jackson suite and was given good discount and I also encountered a problem with delivery company failing to get into house and then taking it away and not turning up for redelivery the 2nd time. They reimbursed me for the delivery charge and have helped me obtain a satisfactory outcome to a stressful experience. Would not hesitate to use them again.

An impressive furniture store. Polite & helpful sales person

An extremely helpful sales person showed me colours and samples in the store by a video app as I was uncertain about choosing online. Seeing the actual sofas this way made me able to select the style and colour I preferred. I was much happier to order after this so thank you.
