Just an update on my previous review complaining about the service I'd received. Since then I have had the best of attention from this company both by email and phone call. Henry called to hear my plight and agreed without question that I have time to sort out my problem and, as I found I no longer required the handset, agreed to accept return with a full refund. Ordered late Saturday night and received notification straight away that my order had been received. I was kept updated if the order process up to dispatch. Then on Monday morning was notified of the delivery time window. The order arrived in that window was left securely in my safe place and I received notification that it had been delivered. First class service from start to finish.
