Replacing our damaged intercom handset. It was a very old model and took an hour of rooting through other websites to learn that their products wouldn’t work. One quick call to Door Entry Direct, assured me what replacement to buy and it was delivered next day. Bit pricy compared to the unusable sets on Amazon but still a fraction of what it would cost to be billed through the housing association.

I rang up with a query and was given advice as to what O needed to repair my door entry system. I ordered the parts which came the next day. System is now working perfectly. Brilliant service.

I ordered a product from these and paid for the next day delivery, which was confirmed to be delivered. That day passed with no product. I then messaged them and received a call the next day stating that it would be with me by 12:30 the next day. This was not the case and the delivery came later which meant that I was not able to complete the work on that day due to the timings. Good products, shame about the service.
