quick turn around, and love style - great specs

Liked the easy set up with provision of a size test package and clear instructions. Great customer service with emails advising on order status, checking on preferences when there was a glitch. And the glasses are great - robust, great lenses!

I love the ethos of this company, and wanted so much for these glasses to be my new standard frames. Sadly, they won’t be. The arms of these glasses are too thick to fit comfortably behind my ears, and as a result sit really uncomfortably. Because they’re completely plastic, with no metal bar, the optometrist I took them into for adjustments couldn’t achieve much with heat treatment bending - they just spring back into shape again. So I have to let this go and accept that I won’t be wearing these for any more than a couple of hours at a time.

Update: glasses came today. They’re cute, fit my tiny face perfectly, and didn’t have excess packaging. Only complaint is on the communication: I had no idea what was happening, I couldn’t find a contact email, and they never sent me the email with the updated tracking like their response to my first review said they would (nothing was in my spam folder) (also, I found the reply to be condescending). But the product is great! I have no idea what’s going on with my glasses. It’s been almost a month and it still says “processing.” There’s no online chat to speak with someone to find out my order status. Hope I didn’t waste $75.

All my quesitons were answered and now I've stocked up on a variety of frames - I have something different for every outfit. Prices are really reasonable, but what I really love is that everything is recycled and recyclable. I'm a true believer!
