Broke my glasses mid quarantine and had to order new ones in a pinch. Canada post lost the ones I had ordered. After waiting as long as I could I called Dresden and within the hour they remade and shipped out another pair. Everybody I spoke to was incredibly nice and nothing but helpful.

Fantastic! I am a Physio literally down the road to your Newtown store so I would have loved to physically come in to meet you guys. But I had my script and did it all online. I love the recycling concept and how it is Australian made, 10 years warranty! I don’t think I’ll be buying my prescription glasses any other way. I look forward to coming in store when you guys re-open again.

I ordered a pair of the clear glasses for my son, they are a great sustainable and affordable option. They called to confirm information as they made the lenses and delivered them in a week. I will be ordering my own pair as soon as the stores open again!

I love that they're made from recycled plastic and the colour is great. The only drawback is that I can see the reflection of my eye on the inner surface, which is distracting, and a bit glarey.

Love the glasses, which is why I continue to buy many different colors, but the shipping/ordering communication was lacking. As well, the promo code was never added onto my order.

Firstly I want to say that the service was wonderful. I ordered the wrong size and then called to correct it. It was fine immediately and the package arrived very fast. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the set of arms(?) I ordered were two of same / that is there were both left sided ones. Besides that, I think Dresden provides great products and great service.

Awesome glasses fast service

I cannot praise Dresden highly enough. I purchased my first pair nearly a year ago and now own nine full frame sets. I Absolutely love all the colour options and have a lot of fun switching up combinations. The customer service has always been exemplary. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and every time I have been in the shop has been a very positive experience. I ordered a pair of frames online recently and they arrived within 24 hours. I love them so much. I recommend Dresden Vision to everyone I know and it makes me happy to see more and more folks around Hamilton wearing your glasses. Keep up the phenomenal work.

Even the XS is a big too big for children. The frame colour (blue) was dull/greyish and not at all like the one you see online. The material also feels a bit cheap. The lenses are fine though, and order processing and postage was quick. PS: We first had an appointment with optometrist at Dresden. We got confirmation of it and even a reminder a day before. We drove 45-50min there to find the shop closed due to COVID19. They should have had the decency to inform customers that shop will close, instead of sending confirmation and reminder of appointment. Drove back 45-50min all the way home without having the eyes checked.
