Awesome product and the values and ethics of the company are fantastic. Unfortunately, customer service is lax. I tried to follow up with them twice after I received my glasses but two weeks later and I still haven't heard back.

Good quality lightweight glasses. Mostly like the no waste concept - packaging comes in cardboard box with no bulky cases for glasses that no one uses anyway. Pins are a bit too long and ends are visible from the side of the eye - but not a huge problem.

Low risk, simple, value for money. They look great, are guaranteed and easy to fix. The best!

Much like Frosties they're grrrrreaat! And much like Froot Loops they come in every colour to match my outfits. Now instead of wearing Froot Loops I can wear these. Thank you.

Great glasses. I like that there's only one frame shape and you just need to choose the colour. I send my prescription and they send the glasses.

I Loved it. Only problem was I had to really argue with Medibank Private to get my original glasses and frames covered. They tried to say because I ordered them from Hobart that they were an online purchase and therefore not eligible! They did cover me in the end but only because I kicked up a fuss. I had popped into your Fitzroy Store first to get fitted for the right sized frames, and then sent my prescription through via email. Can you follow this up with Medibank Private please as I would like to order some sunglasses soon and don't want the same hassle. Cheers, Susan

I'm from overseas and my sister introduced me while I was visiting her in Sydney. Love the idea, the glasses and the experience. I only wish they had them here in my USA city.

I was recommended by my son in Sydney after admiring his new glasses. The staff in the Sydney shop were great and when I returned home I ordered more arms on line. They are a fabulous wardrobe addition as I have one frame with prescription lenses and 5 different sets of arms I can change to match whatever I am wearing. Great! You should have a store on the Gold Coast for all the fashionistas!

Small People Glasses! Great glasses, great price, great ordering process, fast shipment. I've purchased from Dresden for a few years now. The only draw back is the single style. Because I am smaller than the average Australian, I will be wearing the same style Dresden glasses for the rest of my life!
