I purchased two felt glasses case after meeting a man at a work function who had some. I went of line, found what I wanted then placed an order. The order arrived a few days later & so far so good with the cases. Somebody even wrote Merry Christmas with a smiley face on the package.

I had a little difficulty purchasing separate pairs of glasses with different prescriptions (myself and my son) due to the website “learning” details so cross-referencing parts of the prescriptions that confused things. Once I worked my way around this, the glasses are great, the service was excellent, the price is perfect. I’ve been wearing the glasses for a few weeks now and I love them.

I love Dresden , I tell everyone about them! Even though you’re not in Perth yet. My only problem is the time it took to get my small package to Perth. It shouldn’t take 10 days :-( Thankfully they didn’t take as long as was indicated and they arrived in time to make a special friend extremely happy. ( she is one of my Dresden converts)

Online order was hard to get progress and details on the website. Order was shipped with wrong colored frames and lenses. A call to the store fixed that and send new lenses and arms to correct order, which made up for it.
