I order one pair of prescription sunglasses and one pair of prescription glasses. The sunglasses are great. The other glasses came with the wrong prescription and I have yet to hear back from the company on how to resolve the issue. Communication with the company is poor. It takes days for them to respond to emails, if they respond at all. I do understand there is a time difference between myself and Dresden.Vision but 48 or more hours to respond is unprofessional and rude to your customer. I do not recommend ordering from them online. UPDATE: I received new lenses and they are perfect. Dresden also sent me a complimentary pair of frames. I am very happy with the products themselves. The glasses are lightweight and flexible. It's so easy to change lenses from frame to frame and swap out arms. If this was a review of the product itself I would give 5/5. But I am still off put by the communication. It wasn't until after posting this review that I received e-mails in a timely manner. I wish my entire experience had been so smooth. I've updated my score from 2 stars to 4 stars because the glasses are great.

I have been dealing with Dresden for a year or two and have always been very satisfied with the service and the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have attended both locations in Toronto. Wish there was a Dresden out further in the East End.

A huge thank you to Llewelyn at the Potts Point store. Terry and I bought out first Dresden specs last year from Llewelyn. We returned this year for our upgrade and once again have received impeccable service from Llewelyn. We live on the mid north coast of NSW and Llewelyn had to manage our orders by email. We tell all our friends about Dresden when they admire our colourful eyewear. We love the products and are pretty fond of Llewelyn too.

Having seen colleagues order and use Dresden it became an obvious choice to give it a try myself. The ordering process was pretty simple. Delivery was longer than I would have liked, taking a full week to arrive in WA- but then, hey, this is WA. Very happy with the product- fit is good, lens quality is exceptional

Very fast delivery, very strong frame

I have never been happier with the product, service and ease of purchase. The frames are comfortable. The eye check and latest prescription is the best (clearest!) I've ever had. I got the lighter lense and can barely tell the glasses are on! I'll notice the difference in summer because they won't slide off my face. Can't wait to get more colours. As for price - incomparable.

I just love my new Sun Glasses, they look great, feel great to wear, I love that they are made from recycled plastics and are made here in Australia. Ordering online was quick and easy and they arrived quickly well packaged.

The best! The glasses look fantastic and are a high-quality product. This was by far the easiest glasses-buying experience I've ever had - the only hard part was choosing from the wide range of colours! I love being able to swap out the arms and frames to mix and match my style. It took me a little while to get the hang of popping out the lenses but it's not too difficult now I've got it. Great service too, and very easy returns/exchange. Fabulous business model, and great for the environment and society. Highly recommend.

Glasses are awesome. Delivery took way too long. Mistakes happen but please change your courier service
