Sample glasses for determining frame size were promptly delivered. Email correspondence excellent. However, disappointed bi focal prescription glasses unable to be ordered online! If only I’d known that at the beginning!

Ordered online - got an email shortly after to correct some details I accidentally left out, then the glasses arrived pretty quickly. They're light and comfortable and I already know Dresden will be my new go-to for frames.

What is not to love about Dresden Vision. They are professional, courteous and dedicated to service. They provide quality affordable glasses in a fraction of the time that other optometrists do. If you want glasses made from recycled materials you can have that too. It is a sustainable, affordable wonderful new future for optometry and I have recommended family and friends to use them as well.

Love that you can choose almost any colour frame , arms of pins. Be ultra conservative or lash out. It’s like a lego shop. Now I have learnt that I can change my games by transferring lens . Oh my. Love love love

Great product and wonderful customer service

On-line ordering was simple and delivered very quickly. Ordered medium frame and arms but given advice that the small frame was required for my prescription so it's great that it is looked at closely. Glasses seem sturdy and vision is great through them. Also ordered sunglasses which are great. A happy customer who will return.

New prescription meant I needed three pairs. Was able get three for less than the cost of one pair at my optometrist (including health insurance deduction!) Glasses were dispatched the day after ordering them. And they are fab I'm looking forward to being able to order some multi focals online soon

Very easy process, and excellent speed. Ordered at 11am and the glasses were delivered the following morning. One downside though, the pin keeps falling out of one of the hinges.

Two Issues 1. I have an account but was unable to change my address on line. Needed a slow and painful exchange of text messages. (Why not phone contact with an immediate exchange of messages?) 2. The wrong colour wings were sent.

I love my glasses so much I now own four pairs. Three pairs I purchased in store and the experience was easy and seamless. I was able to get them mailed to me as I lived out of town. I felt like there was some lack of communication with my online. After being told my chosen frame was out of stock and that I could wait to see if they came in I waited eight weeks with no communication. I finally contacted customer service and I was sent a different style promptly.
