Canada | 13 September 2023Garbage Customer Service and No Return Policy is terrible. I placed an order and something left in my cart accidentally ordered along with a deck of cards. Was told I could only return this for store credit. This doesnt show up anywhere on their site without going looking. Nothing has shipped and I tried to cancel but they would not do anything. Lost a customer for life. There is absolutely nothing I will do with store credit. Buyer BEWARE.....

Canada | 07 September 2023Much like a lot of others, wanted to support a Canadian company. Ordered and paid for a product. Got a notice from Canada post my shipment was on the way. Never arrived. This supplier completely passed the buck to anyone but them and will not issue a refund yet no product in my hands. Canada post says contact seller. Seller again says not their problem. Abysmal customer service ensuring no repeat orders. Do no recommend any dealings with this company.

Canada | 29 August 2023I ordered over $200 worth of pokemon card merchandise and the box arrived empty... I was told by Sarah that they were going to check the weights at post office for some reason. It took 2 weeks to get to that point, then she said I would need to wait a couple days for post office response... it's now been 2 weeks, no sign of Sarah or any other customer service rep... I had route protection as well. Edit: from 1 star to 4 star Route protection got back to me and a replacement is on the way.

Packaging is always excellent, I have received all my products in excellent sealed condition. I collect tcg products mostly, hobbiesville has delivered on countless occasions for pokemon releases, one piece releases, and the most recent Disney lorcana tcg release. I look forward to continue doing business with them. Customer service is also exceptional!

They’re also constantly replenishing stock on the things I want (Pokemon/Lorcana). My only feedback would be I hope they implement a better estimated delivery time for free shipping. Otherwise I haven’t found anything better than Hobbiesville.

I always receice my products in perfect condition. You pay 2.50 for bubble wrap but trust me, they make sure sure it could go to war without getting a scratch. Canada | 06 August 2023I pre ordered the Stardew Valley board game in February. I see other stores shipped out their pre orders in May and June, or even have it in stock currently. I have tried emailing and messaging Hobbiesville on social media to ask when they might be shipping out their pre orders for this game. It's been a week and a half since the the first email, and no response. Based on the experiences other reviewers have shared it seems like they are very disorganized, and obviously have a lack of customer service. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could for the online shopping experience. The response times on trustpilot are fast. Would be great to get that from the actual customer support email.

Canada | 16 July 2023Sent me the wrong item… Seems like that is a common complaint with this company. I emailed them the day of and of course it took 3 days to reply. Wants me to ship back item and pay out of my pocket, to receive the item I initially paid for. The product I purchased is out of stock. No reply after they sent me a message. I just ended up opening the wrong item they sent me. Not worth the headache. This company is very unprofessional. They don’t take any ownership when they make a mistake. I will not be shopping here anymore and I recommend to everyone to shop elsewhere. Kanzengames is a great company.
