Very slow to respond to emails, order placed October 7th, still not shipped as of October 19th

I couldn't be any happier with the customer service I received from Logan at Hobbiesville. I ended up making a purchase for the first time off of their website and unfortunately the package got lost in transit by ICS Courier. I immediately called Hobbiesville and sure enough, Logan was able to help me in less than 24hrs without any hesitation. I had a few sources where I'd usually purchase Pokémon products for my son and I, but after the experience I had with Logan I'll definitely make Hobbiesville the first place I go if I need any product in the near future. Thanks again Logan for all your help and for making my problem go away in no time!

I have yet to have a good experience with this store online. It’s a shame that they seem to do so many shady things to non-locals. Maybe they are amazing in person, but they are horrible online.

Great Store with great prices, IF you aren’t buying heat products. Or if you don’t care if you receive your product late. i have ordered pre orders a number of times and they’ve each came about 3 weeks late. This has happened since last December 2020 to September 2021. This store bites off more than they can chew. From pre ordering and back tracking their product to doing contests late.

Evolving skies order cane in a week late but great condition, couldn't be happier

I pre ordered a 24 blister pack of evolving skies and 3 harry Potter Funko pops, I was super excited for my order, it arrived early and the box was a lot smaller than I was expecting I open it up and it's two evolving skies ETBs and two 3 pack blisters, I guess I'll have to go through the hassle of returning them to get my order.. this is the first issue I've had with them out of multiple orders over the last 8 months. I've contacted their customer service to see what process I'll have to go through, will update this when I get finished with the process. Edit: got a response Apparently they never got my previous replies to their email, they offered the incorrect items at a discounted price and they shipped out my order asap

They have been amazing to deal with when buying all my favorite collectibles! The owner is also a really nice person! Shipped out my item safely and they even gave an extra cool Holo I didn’t have to go with it! I live in the US and shipping was relatively fast! I would highly recommend!

Great selection of Pokemon products!! No issues so far with my orders and they all arrived safely. One of my orders didn't ship for 2 weeks but it was during Covid so there might have been delays causing that. I also love that I'm able to pay with Sezzle. It's given me the opportunity to pre order products that I normally wouldn't be able to pay for in advance. Thanks for the service so far!

I’ve ordered around 3 times throughout the year and everything has come safely packaged and neat. The custom support is amazing and helped me when I wasn’t able to get my package and it got sent back they gladly sent it back to me. Would recommend this company for any card or game lovers
