Delivery was as expected with great communication! I’m loving my new MacBook! The cover /sleeve is perfect for protection and operates perfect! I will recommend to family and friends!

My only complaint was the Fed Ex delivery - didn't follow the 'signature needed' and wasn't wearing a mask - but I don't believe Macs4u has any control over that. Everything else has been great!

I ordered a MacBook Pro, it was shipped in a timely matter, FedEx had an issue on their end and Macs4u looked into the situation and found out any info they could to let me know where my package was. I was in desperate need of a new computer and really wanted a MAC. Because of budgetary constraints, I decided to look for a used one and found macs4u. After reading reviews just like this one and going through what I needed in relation to what they had, I went for it and bought one. Sure, there may be cheaper ones out there but the one I purchased was virtually untouched and indeed excellent. To add, customer service was great. Look around, do your homework, but know that the ones on sale here are great. Their rating for mine was spot on. It was/is indeed excellent.

So far works great! I was skeptical at first but it exceeded my expectations. I purchased the MacBook Air and will be purchasing the Pro in the near future.
